Drawing, Painting & Clay Modeling Lessons

2024-2025 School Year

Deborah Salyers teaches the fundamentals of drawing, painting and clay hand-building in a classroom setting, in 3 age appropriate levels. In Drawing/Painting lessons, students learn shading, perspective, elements and principles of design, color theory, and many more techniques and media use. Clay classes will cover the basic techniques to construct and sculpt with clay.

The cost is $60 per month per student for Drawing and Painting (4 lessons @ $15 per lesson, one class per week); the cost for Clay is $75 per month per student (4 lessons @ $18.75 per lesson, one class a week) due the first class of each month. Clay classes are designed for students ages 5-18. All supplies provided. Each class is full at 10 students

All Classes are taught at All Fired Up, 939 Butte Street, Redding. Drawing is taught during the Fall Semester [ September 2nd - December 20,]

Painting during the Spring Semester, [January 6th - May 28th]

Clay Classes will be taught in two sessions: Fall session [September 2nd -December 20th] and Spring Session [January 6th -May 28th]

Drawing skills are taught during the Fall semester (September 4th - December 15th) and Painting during the Spring semester (January 8nd - May 31st). All classes are taught at All Fired Up.

Level 1: Kindergarten – 3rd (ages 5-9)

Level 2: 4th – 7th (ages 9-13)

Level 3: 8th -12th (ages 14-18)

Wednesdays:

Level 3/ 1:30 to 3:30

Clay Class Level 1+2 (ages 5-12) 4:00-6:00pm

Thursdays:

Level 1/ 1:00 – 2:00 pm

Level 2/ 2:30 – 3:30 pm

Level 3/ 4:00 -5:30 pm

Fridays:

Level 3/Clay Class (Ages 13-18) 3:30-5:30pm
